    • Administering and coordinating crisis management protocol, ensuring an up-to-date communications in the event of a crisis at a facility; liaising with site-based crisis management teams; assisting with crisis testing and updating of the protocol.
    • Coordinating meetings, including logistics, intra-company communications, materials compilation, meals, entertainment and site access.
    • Administering complex document management systems such as MS SharePoint, including set up, look and feel, security settings, descriptive metadata and easy document retrieval.

Software Proficiency

An executive assistant from ProTem is trained and proficient in the most commonly used software. Command of the English language is excellent, resulting in documents being well read, formatted properly and of the highest quality.
