“Donna” was tired of the hiring “revolving door”. As an HR manager she needed assistance, but she couldn’t be confident that a new hire would stay in the job. Her first assistant left at the busiest time of the year. That’s when ProTem step in to help complete performance reviews, prepare salary, benefit and bonus letters, and generally get through the first 4 months of the year. Then Donna hired a second assistant—who left to become her own HR manager.

Donna threw her hands up in despair. It was time for a new executive assistant strategy. After consulting with Donna on the scope of the HR assistant role, it was clear that the position could be easily handled by a contract assistant.
